I've loved all your CTMH projects. Great cart. I had hopes to be able to order this one, but things just didn't work out.
ReplyDeleteMaybe I'll get lucky and win the new cart. lol
I love casseroles and my hubby won't eat them. (plus he doesn't eat cheese. But I do make a mean mac and cheese which most of the family loves.
My son is allergic to dairy so it's been tough to find casseroles without cheese, or cream-of-whatever-soup. But I make a Mexican casserole that doesn't have cheese and is yummy, and a chicken broccoli noodle casserole with my own soy-based sauce and soy sour cream.
ReplyDeleteWeekly Wrap-Up was awesome! Your talent shines through in all that you share! My favorite casserole is Queen Ranch Chicken with corn tortillas, Rotel and stewed tomatoes, chopped onions, cheese, and a thickening sauce. Delish!
ReplyDeleteI love casseroles but I think I'm the only one in the family that does. My favorite is a Chicken Tetrazzini but now that I'm on a new, clean eating plan I can't have it because of all the creamed soups, cheese and mayo. LOL
ReplyDeleteIt was nice seeing all the projects together. I had missed a few of them. Favorite casserole... Poppy Seed Chicken.
ReplyDeleteHi Joy, Thanks for bundling all the projects. I love them all!! My favorite casserole..paleo recipe for zucchini lasagna...very good!!!
ReplyDeleteDowney Ocean Scrapper
Wow, Joy, you have really outdone yourself. I just realized what a wealth of information you have shared with us about the Artbooking cart. You are a blessing! Thank you for sharing!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing so much great stuff this week. My favorite casserole is Doritos chicken casserole.
ReplyDeleteThis has been such a wonderful series... so many great ideas and techniques. TFS and inspiring! I have so enjoyed getting the emails and watching your videos. It's one of the first things I do every morning. And I love the polished yet welcoming look of your videos.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite casserole? That old fashioned rice and broccoli casserole with chunks of chicken. Still my favorite!!
I have loved seeing all your Artbooking ideas--you are so creative! Thank you for the wonderful projects and for sharing so much. We're not much of a casserole family but I make a great Mexican chef salad we enjoy.
ReplyDeleteThank you so very much for such a wonderful array of projects using the Artbooking cartridge! You have provided so much inspiration that I've planned to get busy this weekend with many ideas with this cartridge. Will you be doing any mini albums from this cartridge? It would be really cool to see what you come up with. My family's favorite casserole is almost like a quiche (but not) with zucchini, cheese, ham and seasonings...it's good hot or cold and is a "go-to" dish when my zucchini plants have gone berserk...lol! Thanks for sharing such wonderful ideas with all of us!
ReplyDeleteI make a really good hamburger chili mexican casserole that everyone loves & it's weight watchers too! Thanks for all the great tips.
ReplyDeleteShari Stevenson
We aren't a big fan of casseroles, but my favorite is probably the chicken and rice casserole. Thanks for all the great ideas this past month.
ReplyDeleteI love all the different things that can be done with this cartridge. Especially all the cards that you made! I do not have a favorite casserole because my kids are not big fans of them. Thanks for sharing all your creative ideas.
ReplyDeleteWow! You have been very busy taping all of these wonderful projects for us! Hope we are going to see more! :) My dh's favorite casserole is tater tot casserole but made with zucchini tots instead of tater tots! Yummy!
ReplyDeleteYum the zucchini casserole sound yummy. I made years ago this casserole with small flower tortilla then put layer of white cheese then Ortega canned green diced chili... not too hot.. then turkey luncheon meat then thin layer of cream of mushroom soup then do another layer. and bake.
ReplyDeleteAnother recipe is zucchini tomatoes and Italian sausage (cooked) then cheese on top and bake.
ReplyDeleteTurkey tetrizinni casserole is also yummy
ReplyDeleteSo many really nice projects made with this cart. I really need to save my money for this one. Yes we have a favorite casserole. It is a box of Kraft mac and cheese. Add extra cheddar cheese, French fried onion rings, topped with hot dogs, more French fried onions rings and cheddar cheese and baked in the oven for about 30. min. Everyone loves it! Have a fun day!
ReplyDeleteLove you're weekday wrap up BTW. Great idea!
ReplyDeleteAs a mutual Dallasite there was a dish years back that La Madeline made. They used to have it on the quick menu options there on the walk through line. It was a scalloped potatoes dish with ham and whole pieces of garlic. They served it in a large crock.
To duplicate it, I used an Alfredo recipe but mixed up the cheeses. My favorite is using smoked applewood gruyere with Parmesan and Swiss. Such a delicious combo! I usually ommited the whole garlic cloves. Sliced red potatoes into a 13x9 Pyrex. Melted the cheeses in a pan first. Added slices of ham throughout, poured the cheeses over. Put foil tightly over and cooked 425 till done. Usually an hour.
That right there could be the whole meal but does make a delightful side dish.
Try it, you will get lots if ooos and ahhs!
I love my Cheesy Potato casserole. There's something about a warm bite of cheese and potatoes that comforts you.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the great wrap up! It's nice to have all the projects in one place. I think my favorite casserole is still broccoli, cheese, and Ritz casserole. It's a side dish not a main and it's one my mom has been making since I was a child. :-)
ReplyDeleteIabsolutely love this cartridge and the way you showed how versatile it is. I am budgeting this one in. I use to make an enchilada cassarole, very simpilar to enchilada's, but instead of rolling each one, you layer everything in a round casserole dish. It is really good. I think I will have to make it soon. Mary in Houston with rotbo.
ReplyDeleteWould love to win the Create a Friend cartridge for my daughter who is a teacher. She is also a big Cricut fan. Jean from Madison
ReplyDeleteThanks for the chance to win the new cartridge. I love all the projects you've make with the artbooking cartridge!

ReplyDeleteWonderful projects! We make a good enchilada casserole!
ReplyDeleteMy kiddos love pizza casserole. I usually have to make two!
ReplyDeleteI love that you repost everything you did in the week! Just in case I missed one. The casserole I love to make the best is one that I can make when I get so busy crafting that I forget to make supper. It's 1 lb ground beef browned and drained, 1 can spaghetti, and 1 can vegetable beef soup. Mix, warm and eat!
ReplyDeleteI'm loving all of your Artbooking videos, please keep 'em coming! One of the favorite casseroles I make my crew is shepherd's pie!! I'd love it if you shared your casserole recipe, it sounds yummy!
ReplyDeleteThanks for all the great ideas!
ReplyDeleteMy go to casserole in the fall and winter is Chicken Almond Rice Casserole. It's one where I put the chicken in the crock in the am and assemble when I get home from work.

Thanks for the chance to win and Happy Labor Day.

ReplyDeleteI would have to say my favorite casserole is tater tot casserole. YUMMY. I'm looking forward to some fall casseroles too. Hugs- Glora

ReplyDeleteMy favorite casserole is Squash medley with yellow squash and zuchinni squash, onion, mushrooms and cheese. you can also add tomatoes and kielbasa for additions if you want. yummy!
My casserole is very basic, just pasta, ground beef, sauce and shredded cheese.
ReplyDeleteI love all the projects from this week.
Great projects, We don't have a favorite casserole, but yours sounds yummy. Can you share the recipe?
ReplyDeleteLoved your projects. As for favorite casseroles, one of our favorites is Special K loaf. Anybody else here ever heard of that one? We love it.
ReplyDeleteLoved your projects. Made the flower card. Going to make the baby card today. Our favorite casserole is Green enchiladas, made with hamburger or chicken, corn tortillas, onion and mushroom soup, green chilies and cheese. Yummy! Jill P, Manteca, CA

ReplyDeleteA-MAZING!!! Your projects are awesome!
ReplyDeleteWe use to make casseroles when our kids were younger but not to much anymore. Just the two of us now..so kind of eat on the lighter side and don't need the larger portions anymore but now that you got me thinking-maybe I will make one on Monday when the kids come for dinner!
Hope your having a wonderful day!

I actually haven't made a casserole in quite a while. I've been trying to use my crock pot more.
ReplyDeleteOMG! I'm out of work and you just tempted me more with your awesome projects! Would love to win that new one and some CTMH stamps! Our family isn't big on casseroles, but we do love the mushroom asparagus quiche. http://www.tasteofhome.com/recipes/mushroom-asparagus-quiche
ReplyDeleteGreat projects!! TFS
ReplyDeleteMy family loves chili casserole, and its made with ingredients you usually have stocked in your pantry which makes it a quick and easy weeknight meal.
Awesome projects! It was great to see a recap of the month! My favorite casserole is a Green Bean Casserole!
ReplyDeletegorgeous and fabulous projects.. I am having a problem with my mat being too sticky and having the CTMH paper not want to release even with a spatula.. it has been a mess... I will figure it out though
ReplyDeleteMy favorite casserole is called Noodle Pleaser, which is an easy way to make lasanga. We love it!
ReplyDeleteAnd I really like your Close To My Heart Cartridge wrap up. Nice to have all those ideas in one easy to access spot. Thank you so much
The favorite in our home is tuna fish casserole. The only twist on it is that it is made with gluten free corn pasta. The family loves it.
ReplyDeleteGreat projects! I like macaroni and cheese in the crock pot.
ReplyDeleteMy very favorite casserole is called "Husband's Delight". To make it you take leftover spaghetti and put it into a large casserole dish. Then you layer your leftover spaghetti sauce, it works great with or without meatballs. Then you mix a cup of cream cheese with a cup of sour cream and spread it on top of the sauce and meat layer. Then top the whole thing off with a layer of shredded cheese before baking in the oven at 350 for about 25 minutes. My husband who hates cream cheese, sour cream, and leftovers always asks me to make this one for him. :)
ReplyDeleteWow! Thanks for sharing all the wonderful projects! Looks like a great cartridge!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite casserole would probably be a broccoli casserole that is also made with Velveeta. It is super easy, and everyone always loves it! It is great for potlucks.
Although this wouldn't work as an entree, my favorite casserole is green bean casserole with the mushroom soup and crunchy onions! My husband and I devour it when I actually have the onions on hand to make it.
ReplyDeleteWow what an awesome recap! You sure did a great job with this cart TFS. I'm sort of in a slump in the cooking dept lately and can't think of a fav, but I'd like to have your recipe to try :)
ReplyDeleteHope you have a fun holiday weekend YAY
Beth Anne
