This cute bunny rabbit was cut at 4-3/4", all layers, some a few times to get the different colored eggs. Stitching, wiggle eyes (my favorite, as you know) and a few gems and we're good to go!
Check out the Close to My Heart March stamp of the month above! Super cute and just $5 after a $50+ purchase at joytracey.ctmh.com!

ReplyDeleteGreat cartridge i love the babystuff. Great for a grandchild to come! and no i heaven't found any of them, but can't you see them in the book??? Strange! Lovely card you made!!!
ReplyDeleteI only find surprising cuts on cartridges after they are pointed out by others! I used this cut last year for my grown kids and grandkids on cute little bags that I made. I think I found out the directions to make them from either yours or Melanie's blog. They were so fun to make and super cute!
ReplyDeleteTracy
It is always nice to find surprise cuts.
ReplyDeleteLove how you used the googly eyes on the bunny!
ReplyDeleteGreat card..... I too like finding the 'hidden' treasures. I made a card using the font itself from Happy Hauntings. I added the link addy below. I used the number 6 and/or 9 to make roses.

Like finding surprising cuts. I used the words 'Happy New Year' cut from the Cake Cricut cartridge Martha Stewart Seasonal Cakes. It is an oval with the words on the edge. Alot of people do not know that the Cake cartridges work in regular Cricut and cut wonderfully.

ReplyDeleteI ALWAYS find something new in nearly every cartridge I own. Nearly every time I open one in the CCR, I find something that takes me off the beaten path and stirs up some creativity in me that has gone dormant. That's what I love about the cartridges. I love the card! Terribly cute!!
Wow a great find, new finds are always fun.

ReplyDeleteToo cute!! You have great ideas and produce such great cards. Thanks for the chance to win a useful cartridge.
ReplyDeleteThe surprises I have found, actually, are ones you have shown on your blog!! That's what I love about Cricut cartridges, and as a demonstrator and blogger YOU ROCK
ReplyDeleteI'm sure you do, in person too. I love finding new ones
ReplyDeleteGreat cartridge! We're expecting our first grandbaby in May (it's a boy!). This sure would come in handy... Thanks for sharing such great ideas and offering such nice giveaways!
ReplyDeleteThe most surprising cut I have found on a cartridge is the duck on the Cricut Craft Room Basics. It is just a "rubber duck" cut, but I have used it quite a few times. We have a friend who raises ducks. Between my sister and I we have about 30 cartridges and none of them have a duck. So when I made a farmer birthday card using my Paper Dolls for Everyday cartridge, I added the duck from the Cricut Craft Room Basics. He really loved the card.
ReplyDeleteThe Baby Shower cartridge would be really awesome to have. My sister's daughter is trying to get pregnant, so I am sure I'll be putting on a baby shower.
Sue (MI and TX)

ReplyDeleteJoy - I'm surprised by how long I've been watching you! When I first saw you I had been researching the Cricut Expression. You were so enthusiastic about the cart "Picturesque" that I bought the machine on site when I saw that particular cart was being sold with it. :) I've continued following you on email, YouTube and Facebook. You almost always have something new to teach me. I appreciate you for all that you've done to further the craft. Sojourner De Blois

ReplyDeleteHi Tracey,
ReplyDeleteSo far my greatest surprise "find" is in the Art Philosophy cartridge. I found the french fry box and use it for everything (gift cards, favors, a gift box, raffles, everything). It is so easy to cut into different sizes and embellish for the appropriate occasion (Superman, get well, congrats, birthdays, etc). I found it accidentally while looking for a box. Not only do I love, love this cartridge but I love, love, love this cut.
Oops, I am comment #59, the french fry box surprise fine.
