ReplyDeleteLooks like a neat cartridge that I could really use. Recently I have been trying to make cuts so that I can use the cut as well as the empty space left on the paper. This weekend my daughter and I cut out a bunch of shamrocks to put on our little table top tree she likes to decorate for each holiday. And I will use the 12 by 12 sheets for layouts.
ReplyDeleteMy best friend is getting ready to get pregnant. This cartridge would be great!
ReplyDeleteI'm always finding surprising and fun cuts!! There is so much to each cartridge that if you don't use one for a while, it's funny how often you find something that you didn't see before on it!

ReplyDeleteHave found many surprising wonderful cuts on Cricut cartridges that I did not know about or use before. I also like keeping the negative cuts & using them. Lately I've been using Designer's Calendar & the Close To My Heart cartridges. I've found that there are not many new cartridges with images that I already do not have something siliar to it with the exception of the CTMH cartridges. Also, have been making stencils with overlays from CTMH and oen I made myself using a Shamrock from Designer's Calendar.

Seems like there is always a surprise cut when I am looking for a particular image to cut, I love experimenting and would love the baby shower cartridge!! I have two grandkids with hopefully another one coming next year! I have "volunteered" to do the scrapbooks for them and this cartridge would be awesome to have to start off the scrapbook!! I anxiously wait each week for your email...thanks for all you do for all of scrapbookers!!
ReplyDeleteYes. I have so many cartridges that I don't use regularly so sometimes I am blown away with what I find on them that I had overlooked. Recently I made a page of scalloped-top tags and the negative space between tags produced embellishments for collars on baby clothes I was creating for a banner. I love to discover little goodies like that in the cuts I make. Thanks, Joy, for another chance to win a fun cartridge.
ReplyDeleteHi Joy, I love the Baby Shower cartridge, it has a lot of cuts that do not have to be used for a baby project. I also love Stickles, there are so many ways I use them to embellish, but one of my faves is to use it to adhere gems, then the excess is pushed out to outline the gem to add a little more interest. Thanks for all the inspiration!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the coupons. I've found some amazingly fun cuts in the Meow and Create a Critter carts
