ReplyDeleteI make thawed hash browns (cubed), sour cream, can of cream of mushroom soup, 2 cups (I use another one also, but recipe only calls for 2 cups) of shredded cheddar cheese.. *(I use X~sharp) mix that all together, put in a baking dish. (I use a 13x9)... then that's when I sprinkle the other cheddar cheese... on top of all of that.. then I smoosh up potato chips.. (the actual recipe calls for corn flakes but I like the salty crunchy chips..) then I take a stick of butter, melt it, and then drizzle it over the top, but making sure I don't completely cover the crunchy chips, *the recipe calls for you to mix it in with the other stuff, but I never follow directions, as you might be able to tell... lol) L.r. Smith said... ;)
