These monogrammed tumblers are the answer!
I got the tumblers at Dollar Tree. Then, using the Close to My Heart Artbooking Cricut Cartridge for the font and the free Cricut Craft Room Basic Shapes for the circles (scalloped and regular), I made these quick gifts by applying vinyl to the tumblers.
You can always add in a kind note and a gift card on the inside!
I used the Close to My Heart Artbooking cartridge for the monograms (see below):

ReplyDeleteCute Idea! I have used vinyl with my cricut! When my daughter was getting ready for Homecoming Rally and Parade, we cut paw prints (Paper Pups) and decorated both rear quarter panels of my truck, then the doors and windows were Plantan Schoolbook-ed (at 12") with Sen10rs (10 for 2010)...her school mascot is a bulldog so it went together awesomely and even the principal of the high school was checking out the truck before the parade. I removed everything from the windows and doors, but left the paw prints (3 years and many car washes)...they are still going strong and the bonus is I can find my white truck in the parking lot so easy! I seriously love vinyl!
ReplyDeleteI have yet to try vinyl in my cricut... Soon I hope to!
ReplyDeleteI have cut vinyl a couple of times - once for my daughter's high school sports garage sign (cut her name to put on it) , and once to decorate a bucket for for a "50 Sucks" bouquet. I bought myself a couple of tumblers but haven't gotten around to decorating them yet.

ReplyDeleteEvery time I decide on a card, another card catches my eye! Decisions, Decisions. Sometimes I think I should just take a christmas stack and make all different ones from that and use up my supplies. But of course then I see new paper....! If I could just "create a new friend" to help me decide......lol
