I've been working on ways to show you what the Close to My Heart Artbooking cartridge can do - hence, all the bags, cards and home decor.
While it's set up for scrapbooking, there is just so much more to this cartridge!
I have a video below showing you how to make this card.
Now, in this project, I've used both the real dial size and the sizing indicated in the top left hand box.
The owl and the branch are layered and I wasn't sure how well they would work out if I used the real dial size. So, I didn't use it since it would all fit on the card front just fine sized at the 11", no real dial size.
I tested them in the Cricut Craft Room and found that the owl and branch both could be layered using real dial size and it would all work out.
It appears that because the owl and it's layers are all the same height that would account for real dial size working. As far as the branch goes, perhaps it worked out because it was a border.
In any case, I'll have another video up soon explaining how to layer images from the Artbooking cartridge.
I used the Perfect Fit Birthday stamp set - one of the best!
And of course, I used the Close to My Heart Artbooking Cricut Bundle shown below:

That would be so helpful for those of us who are new to the CCR, as I don't understand "real dial size", grouping and hide contour as of yet. Thank you so much!!!!!
