I was just at the Close to My Heart Convention which was held at the Coronado Springs Resort at Disney World. I had a blast! While I didn't stay at the resort itself, I did get some Mickey and Minnie time.
This Disney layout I made is perfect for your Disney memories.
I used the Summer Vacation Mini Cricut Cartridge: Love this big rollercoaster, ticket and "family vacation" word art!
Mickey was cut at 7" and sliced to fit on both sides of the layout (ouch!). Mickey and Disney images are from the Cricut Mickey and Friends cartridge.

Cute layout! As for card sketches, it depends on how my "craft mojo" is doing that day. Sometimes I just wing it, other times (especially if I'm in a hurry), it's nice to have guidelines so I'm not re-inventing the wheel.
