Fun Rocket Man Card PLUS Giveaway!

Today, I am kicking off a week of projects for the boys and men in our lives.

This 4-1/4" x 5-1/2" card could be for a child or pre-teen/teenage boy.

The rocket is from one of my favorite Cricut cartridges, Nifty Fifties and was cut at 4-3/4".  Stamp is from Papertrey Ink.
To make the star background, I ran the paper through the Cuttlebug with the Stars folder and then swiped a white inkpad over it.

Be sure and use an embossing gun on the ink or it will take forever to dry.  Or you could use white embossing powder instead.
I've decided blue is one of the hardest colors to photograph.  I promise these blues match in real life.
And now for our giveaway!

This week's giveaway is the Cricut Teddy Bear Parade cartridge!

How can you win?

1) Leave a comment below letting me know what cartridges you use most for your "manly" projects.
2) Subscribe to the blog HERE.

That's it!

Winner will be announced on Monday, May 20, 2013 and has two weeks to claim prize.
Finally, I need your help! I am in a Pinterest contest and would appreciate it if you could repin THIS PIN

It's for the project shown above.  Thank you so much!!

  138. Very cute card. For my man cards I use Dude, Father's Day and Superman. However for me they are the hardest cards to make.

Thanks for the chance to win this cute cartridge.

  156. I just got a cricut machine for Christmas and love using it. Since I live in a houseful of boys of my own, I tend to use the Boys Will Be Boys catridge the most. The icons fit both of my boys and the sayings are awesome. I like that it works even for my eight year old that no longer wants to be considered a little kid. I am even in the process of using it for a father's day memory book for my husband that I am allowing my kids to help out with, just for that personal kiddy touch.
