Capadia Designs has had some gorgeous things lately (well, really, as always!) on her blog - including St. Patrick's Day frames and bouquets! Today she has a great post about making a scalloped rectangle in the Design Studio so that you get the "right" number of scallops on the rectangle and it isn't all wonky.
