The heart background was cut at 4-1/4" and the banner and hugs and kisses were cut at 3/4" - both from the Artistry Cricut Cartridge.

Something new this year is that they are offering the cartridge in 2 forms:
-The digital form is $79 (purchase HERE) and comes with a digital code in the mail that works with Cricut Craft Room and Design Space. No actual cartridge and booklet is sent.
-The regular cartridge and booklet form is $99.
