I used the Close to My Heart Artbooking Cricut cartridge - it's fun that this cartridge can be used for so much more than just layouts.
Here I used two cuts for the focal point of the card - below are the sizes.
Now, a word about the sizing - those are correct! Those are NOT REAL DIAL sizes. Because they are both layered images, they need to be cut in relative sizing (which is the Cricut default).

We don't carve pumpkins anymore. The grands do so many at home, we just usually use faux pumpkins here. LOVE your pumpkin card! Sooo pretty!
ReplyDeleteWe used to carve pumpkins...but we're empty nesters now so I channel my creative halloween desires into creating goodies for the grandkiddos,,,this year it's decorated plastic insulated cups decorated with vinyl horrors from my cricut stash...which I fill with candy for them. LOL. I love your pumpkin card, very elegant.
ReplyDeleteNo don't carve pumpkins anymore..... Love your card it's so pretty. Your videos are always a super treat no tricks here. Thanks for add a lot of JOY to my day!!
ReplyDeleteOur daughter just bought a home and now we are down to just the two of us. It's just not as much fun to carve a pumpkin. However that doesn't mean I won't paint one, or decorate it with vinyl as you have.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE your card! Love your colors and just the design element to the card. Very nice!
Beautiful pumpkin card. no we don't carve pumpkins.
ReplyDeleteAwesome card! TFS
ReplyDeleteI am going to Vinyl a pumpkin, then cook it and have my Tummy trouble for dogs in ice cubes, so I can feed it to my dogs when they are unhappy about eating.
ReplyDeleteSince we are now empty nesters, I do not carve pumpkins.
ReplyDeleteLike the card. My hubby carves the fake styofoam pumpkins. He has carved these since 2005. before that he carved real pumpkins but then you have to toss those and cannot carve much ahead of time because they start to go bad when carved. Hubby finished the one for this yr and I'll be posting it to my blog on Halloween.

ReplyDeleteNo pumpkin carving, I use black vinyl cut out on my Cricut to decorate them now. It's so much easier and more fun! Love your beautiful fall card, great colors! Thanks for the video, I always enjoy them!

Beautiful card, as usual.
ReplyDeleteNo, I don't carve pumpkins. Tried it a couple of times when the kids were young, but I preferred to keep the pumpkin whole, then cook it for pumpkin pies. Yes, those kinds of pumpkins are delicious for cooked mashed pumpkin recipes.
ReplyDeleteI do carve pumpkins, but not this year. Too busy.
