As many of you may already know, my husband Brian's brother Tom passed away on Wednesday the 22nd. It was an enormous shock to us all and comes on the heels of Brian's father Tim dying the previous Thursday the 16th and Tom losing the love of his life, his wife Jolene on August 7.
Through our crushing grief, we are being showered with love from family near and far and from friends who span the globe. Please know that we are been touched by your words of comfort, condolences and prayers. I am so grateful for all of you and love you!!

Condolences & prayers. Yesterday my hubby, daughter & I went to a Celebrating the Life Memorial for a neighbor that died couple wks ago at age 88. Filled out a card with thoughts & memories of how I was grateful to have known him and now know that he is watching over the 2 dogs of mine that died: Sasha & Teddy.

ReplyDeleteI know how you feel my Grandmother passed September 26 from lung cancer at 91 and two days before my birthday. .at her funeral on Oct 3rd we received a call and found out my husband's father has lung cancer. .he isn't going to live much longer...we are exhausted and haven't had a chance to finish processing my grandmother's death yet... I am praying no more funerals or illnesses for a good while

Just trust God, He brought each one of us into the world at the perfect time and He takes each one of us in death, at the perfect time. Both by His sovereign will. The only thing we control in this life are the choices we make on how we live our lives. The biggest decision is - what do we think of Jesus Christ? John 3:16, God's grace gift of love for all mankind. This is a free will decision that goes with us into eternity.
