This looks like a wonderful set! I love making elegant cards the most, but cutesy cards can come in handy - for little ones or when a laugh is just needed!
ReplyDeleteI like to make both kinds. Thanks for the chance to win
ReplyDeleteI do prefer elegant cards, but cutesy cards have their place, too! Joy, this is a wonderful, colorful card you made. It would make someone very happy to receive it! TFS!
ReplyDeleteI make both cutesy and elegant cards. I facilitate a card making group of women every month. I try to mix it up a bit with the types of cards we make. Usually, the cutesy cards get the most favorable reaction, but elegant cards have their place also, for some birthdays, sympathy and get well. Thanks for all you do for us.
ReplyDeleteI love the swing cards, I just love it when I can send someone a card that does a bit more! Thank you for sharing your swing card with us! I love to make both types of cards but I guess my "go to" would be elegant. I'm really not sure why, because I am not an elegant person, so I guess it is the clean finished look. I do have to say I enjoy making cutesy cards as well, I think there is a time and place for both type of cards. Thank you again for sharing all your creativity!
ReplyDeleteI make both kinds of cards--just depends on what I'm feeling at the moment! I love your swing card--so pretty! Hope your voice is much better!
ReplyDeleteI enjoy making both but strive for elegant and a touch of class vs cutsy. Always enjoy your blog and I love the new CTMH cartridge !!
ReplyDeleteThere's always a 'time' for cutesy and a 'time' for elegant and I just enjoy making cards. I now have 2 granddaughters which give me the occasions for cutesy cards as well as birthdays for my friends. Thanks, Joy for the video....can't wait to get my cartridge after the 1st of Oct (my time limit)!! This swing card is so pretty..you 'glamed' it up perfectly!!!
ReplyDeleteI enjoy making both but tend to lean toward the cutesy. I love the swing card it is elegant.
ReplyDeleteI'm not really an "elegant" type of card maker. Sometimes, I do make a "cutesy" card. Mostly, I just keep it simple. Thanks for sharing the beautiful card, your time, talents, and imagination.
ReplyDeleteI definitely tend to make more cutesy cards!
ReplyDeleteVery nice project - I make both kinds of cards tfs!!!
ReplyDeleteIsn't it cool that the cartridge can help us make such sophisticated looking cards? It would take a good amount of time to fussy card a card of like that. Pretty cool that the Crciut can do it in just a matter of minutes! Pretty card:)
ReplyDeleteLove your pretty swing card, thanks for the video! Hope you get better soon. I like both types of cards, it's a toss up.
ReplyDeleteI enjoy making elegant cards best by far! Some cute funny cards too. Probably 90/10. Thanks for making so many things available right here. Coupons, tutorials, CTMH shopping, and great giveaways!

ReplyDeleteI like making cards that are just a little bit different. Cute ones for the grands and more elegant for family/friends.
ReplyDeleteLOVE the new cartridge! So many possibilities...very excited!
ReplyDeleteI love these types of cards!
ReplyDeleteDefinitely cutesy. But your elegant cards help me so much when I need an elegant card. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteI like making elegant cards.....but the cutesy cards appeal to my students.. I'm a crossing guard for my local middle school and over the years, I have gotten to know the students and especially the hard-working and crafty teachers. The teachers get together to create hand-made cards for the school bazaar and any cards left over are taken to the local shelters. We use the Cricut machine to help with our production line. Works great! Just think what we can create , if we were to win this cartridge. Thank you for some of the most beautiful cards.
ReplyDeleteDepends on who/what the card is for. I have done cutesy and elegant.
ReplyDeleteI am enjoying seeing ideas/samples from the new cart. Thanks for your fun giveaways too. I make both cute and elegant cards. It is fun to do both types. Hope you continue to feel better.

I love to make all kinds of cards! Cutesy are great for the little ones, and elegant are great for Christmas and anniversary's. But I also like to make pop up and swing and other holidays and just all kinds of cards! Thanks for the chance to win such a fantastic prize!
ReplyDeleteYes I like to make elegant cards and I like to make cutesy cards, too! I like to make cards that "move" too!! (Especially for my 4 year old Granddaughter who lives far away from me now.)
ReplyDeleteBlessings to you,

ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing all the great tutorials.
It really depends on the occasion and my mood. I love elegant cards though.
ReplyDeleteI love both kinds of cards, used for different purposes. I just received my Artfully Sent package and I can't wait to get started! Joy, I hope you do a post about the pocket cuts, as I'm not sure how to use them. Thanks for all your inspiration; I look forward to your next video!
ReplyDeleteThis is an exciting new Cricut cart! Look forward to seeing more projects using it.
ReplyDeleteHi Joy, I love the elegant cards but my 2 daughters prefer the cutesy! Thanks for all that you are sharing with the new CTMH cart. Maybe I can get one this Christmas! -Barb-
ReplyDeleteLove the Halloween card
ReplyDeleteHi Joy, I really love all the cards that you have done using the "Artfully Sent" cricut cartridge. I'm having trouble making the envelopes that go with the cards. I either make them too small or too big. I have tried using the cartridge with both the explore machine and the expression and I run into the same problem. HELP PLEASE! -Jackie-
ReplyDeleteHi Joy,
ReplyDeleteSorry I put in this comment section but this is my first here. Could you help me on something? I am trying to upload and image from the internet to put in my CCR. I tried the saving the pic and trying to upload it but it doesn't show up when I do that. Any help?
You can't upload images to the Cricut Craft Room, only the Design Space. I'm sorry!! Hugs, Joy
