It's the first card I'm showing from the new Close to My Heart Artfully Sent Cricut cartridge bundle!
The important thing about these swing cards is to choose paper with a contrasting front and back.
In this case, since it was a word bubble, I wanted to have white as the background.
What's great about this cartridge is they tell you all the sizing to use right on the handbook page. Whoop! Makes things very easy!
To see how to make this fun, fast Scottie Dog swing card, check out the video below (if you can't see the video, click HERE).

I'm a cat person. Thanks for the chance to win Sophisticated Soiree.
ReplyDeleteI really prefer dogs, but cats are easier to care for. We have a great cat named Kimi. I kind of shortened kitty-kitty to Kiki! My last dogs name was Poochie! I really miss him, but am happy with Kiki. She is an indoor cat, so she is easy to care for.
ReplyDeleteI know this wasn't a choice but . . . birds. I adorable my White-faced cockatiel Fergie and my budgie boy, Alex P Keet. They never fail to make me smile with their antics.
ReplyDeleteI'm a dog person so thanks for posting the cute dog card! Thank you too for posting the video. Love all your great ideas.

ReplyDeleteGosh girl hope you're all better soon.....Loved your video but feel so bad for you don't know how you were even able to talk and can tell you are still kinda weak. Just take good care and eat lot of chicken soup.....Hugs!!
I can't wait to get this cartridge. I'm glad it is finally available! I prefer dogs over cats, but prefer both if they belong to someone else!
ReplyDeleteCute card today! I can't wait til my Artfully Sent cartridge arrives. I'd love to win your giveaway this week, though. I am definitely a cat person, not dogs. I only like dogs if they belong to someone else... Right now, we have no pets though.
ReplyDeleteDogs. I like the Scottie dog. I like my new fur-friend, Daisy, that i adopted over 1 mth ago.

I prefer dogs, but they're both sweet. Loved your cute card made with the Artfully Sent cartridge. Thanks for the video, appreciate it and the giveaway. Hope you get better soon.
ReplyDeleteWe have had both a cat and a dog and both liked to cuddle in my lap when I would sit down. However, I would have to say that I actually prefer dogs....as long as it is a small dog. Not a real big fan of big dogs. Thanks for sharing your time, talents, and imagination with us. Hope you feel better soon.
ReplyDeleteDogs. Thanks for this chance to win.
ReplyDeleteLike both - have neither but have a granddog. But
ReplyDeletethen he thinks he is human - he does not like or
condone other dogs.
What an adorable card! I guess I'm more of a dog person. Thanks for the inspiration!
ReplyDeleteI am obsessed with cats, especially calico cats. I want one soooo badly. But if I had to have a dog, the Scotty dog would probably be it.
ReplyDeleteAdorable card. I like cats and dogs.
ReplyDeleteI'm a cat person--can't help it! But I like dogs too, especially in paper form--this card is so cute!
ReplyDeleteCute swing card! I was a cat person all my life until we got a black lab twelve years ago. Now I am a dog person for sure! So much so that I got a yellow lab to keep him company about five years ago. Love my labs!
ReplyDeleteI like dogs, but cats are okay, too. I've had both and enjoyed both. Loved your Scottie dog card!
ReplyDeleteI love all animals, but we have always had dogs, and this little scottie is just too stinkin' adorable! Thanks for the inspiration Joy!
ReplyDeleteDogs & cats equally! This card is adorable! TFS~~Patty
ReplyDeleteI prefer dogs, but in my case I have a dog that acts like a cat...best of both worlds! Thanks for the opportunity to win this cart.
ReplyDeleteI love small dogs (yorkies are my favorite) but I like kitties too (my husband is allergic though so no cats for us). Thanks for your videos!
