  1. We live in Florida so it's nice year round to grill outside. So, usually chicken on the grill for us.

  4. I'm with Buncobuddy, we almost always grill, but when I just need a change, I have a stove top recipe I like. In a frying pan, put in olive oil, add chicken cubes, garlic, onions and anything else that sounds good or you want to get rid of. Cook until chicken is done. Add a can of cream soup (usually cream of celery), about 1/2 cup milk, a 15 oz. can of diced tomatoes and a package of frozen broccoli (or fresh). Cook until broccoli is done. Serve over rice (or noodles). It makes an easy change from grill.

  5. I prefer plain old deep fried chicken; but, for a change of pace, once in a while, chicken and noodles taste pretty good. I use 2 cans of chicken broth to boil the frozen noodles in. Chop up 1/2 of a large onion to boil with the noodles. When the noodles are close to being done, add in 2 cans of chicken breast, 1 can chicken gravy, and 1 can of cream of chicken gravy. Once in a while I will add a can of mushrooms, drained. Yum! Yum!

  7. I make a dish with chicken, pasta, asparagus tips, and cherry tomatoes cooked in a little chicken broth and tossed with parmesan cheese. I could eat it every night!

  9. I love an old-fashioned roast chicken with dressing. If there are enough chicken leftovers, I like to make some chicken noodle soup or chicken tacos the next day.

  11. During cold weather, my favorite is chicken tortillas soup. Just put everything in a crockpot...and actually, I've used the same recipe with leftover turkey, and it was good too. Warm weather - my fave chicken recipe is one with syrup, bread crumbs/flour and oil. Fry up the chicken breasts and eat. My whole family will eat it too. :)

  15. Chicken Sonora! It's a great dish for a crowd! It takes 4-6 chicken breasts (cooked in bite sized chunks), a medium jar of salsa (whatever brand and your choice of hot, medium or mild), 1-15 oz. Can Hormel chili (we use no bean, but it doesn't matter if you like the beans!), 1 can cream of chicken soup,1 package of soft tortillas (cut or ripped into bite sized chunks), and 1-12oz. package shredded cheddar cheese. Mix the chili , soup, salsa and chicken. Layer chicken mixture, tortilla chunks, and cheese. You should do about 3 layers of each item, ending with cheese on top in an oven safe dish (I spray the dish with cooking spray). Cook at 350· for 45-55 minutes. This is a really easy dish to throw together for 6-8 people easy. I love that every can and package is totally used up in this recipe! I highly recommend throwing sour cream on top after it is dished out! It's also great with garlic bread! I have found that 9 out of 10 kids love it! That really surprised me! I hope you try it!
