[Video]CTMH Close to My Heart Artbooking Cupid Card

I love taking some of the overlays from the Close to My Heart Artbooking Cricut cartridge and making cards from them.  These 3-1/2" x 8" overlays are perfect for those business sized cards.
Also, I love to show that the Artbooking cartridge isn't just for scrapbook layouts - you can use it for cards also.
Here are the cuts for this 3-1/2" x 8" card:

This card went together quickly (my favorite!) and with just one setting on the Cricut, cutting is a cinch. All the cuts are done at 8".

Remember that the Artbooking cartridge automatically sizes things to fit on the page and since these pages are all 8", it works perfectly for this 8" tall card.

Here is the product I used to make the card:

  4. Yes, I have made 4 x 8 cards. A bit of a challenge to get the right envelope, however making one to match the card is a nice touch to the card

  11. I have never made a 4x8 card. Mainly because envelopes are kinda expensive. So I generally make the same size until I run out. Maybe next time I will get those.

  26. I love your card with all the hearts! I do think that this cartridge would work great for bulletin boards! My favorite thing I like/LOVE is when you show all of your cuts to the pages of the cartridge you used! I get a good look into the cartridge to see if I want it or not (with me it's always a want my wish list is so long) ! Ok on your heart overlay cut -the cut to the right is that a bag tie cut for treat bags? (page 60 bottom right corner) would love to know TFS & a chance at this week cartridge;) oh on the 4x8 card I have not made one.

  31. This was my first time moving to storage so I had no clue what I need to do, what unit size I need. I walked to this storage place and I observed how the staff on duty was interacting with existing customers and that in start made me feel confident about moving forward with my choice.
