Ho Ho Ho Close to My Heart Artiste Cricut Gift Bag

Here's a project I made last Christmas for my other blog, Everyday Cricut.

I really think you can't have too many gift bags during the holiday season!  And it's so easy to make a really cute, personalized one using the Cricut and kraft bags you can buy at Michaels or Joanns.

When you use a coupon, it gets really economical to do this.  And they can even be personalized that way!

I used a 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" mini kraft bag as a basis to today's "Ho Ho Ho" Christmas gift bag.
I cut the "Ho Ho Ho" from the Close to My Heart Cricut Artiste cartridge at 5" and adhered it to a layered set of patterned papers.

Then, again using the Close to My Heart Cricut Artiste cartridge and the matching Close to My Heart Merry Christmas stamp set, I cut out the ornament and stamped it.  Quick and easy!

Here is a view of the Close to My Heart Artiste Cricut cartridge (click HERE to order):

I've had relatives visiting this week and my husband has been away in Singapore and Malaysia and the Phillipines (before the typhoon...thank God!).  So, it's been very busy at the homestead! Today he comes home and I can't wait!

Look for new projects coming soon!

  9. My son's favorite is breakfast casserole. I make it up Christmas Eve and place in the refrigerator. We get up Christmas morning and pop it in the oven. Then we open presents and when we are done it is done and we all eat breakfast together.

  19. I have come to love your emails with your tutorials. I've learned a lot. The only thing I would like to see is you actually cutting with the Cricut. I know you like to keep your videos short, but that would be a cool thing! My favorite breakfast to have in the Winter is pancakes. I hardly ever eat pancakes. Nothing like a good comfort winter breakfast.
