I so need to learn to do this! But have used my Gypsy on all my cutting and really like how it makes it so easy. I will try the CCR soon, and give it a try! Thank you for the video help!
ReplyDeleteI do use CCR but not very often. I have a Gypsy and I like to use it more since it is so portable.

ReplyDeleteJoy...thanks for the video. It has helped me to learn a couple things. I use CCR but sometimes had trouble with the layering and could never understand why. Now I understand.
ReplyDeleteI have used it a few times. I tend to use my Gypsy.
ReplyDeleteI have not used the craft room. I grab my gypsy when I want to design. I did learn a lot more and plan to try it. I'm always trying to stretch my comfort zone.

ReplyDeleteThanks for the videos, Joy. I only used the CCR once or twice and found it much more complicated than Design Studio, which is what I've been using. When I get a little more time, I will definitely go through the videos one by one and hopefully come to understand this program.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing. I haven't used the cricit craft room. May need to check it out.
ReplyDeleteFabulous video! Thanks so much for teaching all those tricks. I think CCR has awesome potential, but it certainly requires and education! Thanks for offering that!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the videos I have used CCR but very little have been trying to learn how to do different things these videos will be a big help.
ReplyDeleteI love these fonts...soooo fun! Would love to win. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteI had not heard about the CCR before, so I am excited to try it. I don't have a Gypsy, so I think using the site would make my scrapbooking life a little easier and more creative :) Thanks for the tutorials!
ReplyDeleteThank you for the videos! Very informative! Would you consider making one about how to get Gypsy files into Cricut Craft Room? I wish there was a way to work offline in Cricut Craft Room.
ReplyDeleteHave never used the Cricut Craft Room, but after watching the videos I will definitely give it a try.
ReplyDeleteCurious mom
Thank you so much for the video, it will be very helpful to me.
ReplyDeleteOh, I forgot to answer the question: I do use CCR, as well as the Gypsy. Thanks again for the videos!
ReplyDeleteI use ccr all the time and love it! The videos are good review for me !
ReplyDeleteSince I use my Imagine almost exclusively, I won't be using CCR any time soon. CCR doesn't play nice with the imagine and I sure don't want to have this one die on my like my last one did. It's the Gypsy for me!
ReplyDeleteI use ccr all the time and love it! The videos are good review for me !
ReplyDeleteYipee! I really need to understand CCR better and I dont use it because I havent had time to go learn it. Thanks for the videos!!
ReplyDeleteTracy Godfrey
I use CCR and find it rather easy to use although I always find something in tutorials that help me! I find the screen on the Gypsy too small.
ReplyDeleteI use CCR but sometimes it is frustrating when it crashes! Thank you for the helpful videos!
ReplyDeleteThis video was so helpful! I always have such a hard time picking which colors I want for each layer. This would give me the visual I need. I love how you can resize all at once too! Much quicker!
ReplyDeleteI am brand new to the cricut....your videos are great.
ReplyDeleteDonna in North Texas
Have you done a tutorial for Cricut welding and grouping? Thanks for all the great info and coupons you provide!!
ReplyDeleteI use it always. I love it. More than that I love your video tutorials because I haven't mastered this yet (2 yrs now) and some functions I dont even know about so you are a godsend!
ReplyDeleteThanks for all you share --
I will definitely be using these video's. I have the basics down but I can always figure out how to do even more.
ReplyDeletei use CCR, but occasionally i still use DS.
ReplyDeleteI use CCR and love your videos! The videos really help me learn CCR. Thanks for all you do.

I use the craftroom all the time because I have the cricut mini, but I didn't know that you could move the layers around like that. Thank you so much for sharing this!!

Love the videos even though I'm not a CCR user, love the Gypsy much better and I'm not tied to the computer. lol But enjoy learning about how to use the CCR because on the rare occasions that I have try CCR out I couldn't get it to do what I wanted it to do. lol
ReplyDeleteThanks for the help!!
ReplyDeleteYour blog had great inspiration for me to craft as much as possible! Thanks for a chance to win the Extreme Fonts Cart!!
ReplyDeleteI am a die hard Gypsy fan and have only visited CCR a few times. Your tutorials are great, when my Gypsy dies and I have to use CCR, I know where to turn for help!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the great tutorial! Yes, I use Cricut Craft Room. It took a while to adjust to using it after being a die-hard Design Studio user, but now I love it!
ReplyDeleteI love cricut craftroom. My grandchildren think I can do any thing. I have done a pirate birthday, an Owl birthday, a Dirt bike party and an Alice in Wonderland Rainbow installation among others. I have a laptop and I can sit and design the hook it up to the cricut and cut.
ReplyDeleteI haven't used Craft Room yet, but I am definitely thinking about it....just hate getting on the computer in the evening after being on all day if I don't have to.
ReplyDeleteThanks for putting the CCR links all in one place. I've seen some of them before but then forget. Since I am a Gypsy user I've been slow to move to CCR and I get so frustrated with CCR.
ReplyDeleteyes, I have used and do use ccr. I find it is easier to weld on there than on the studio. I also enjoy when they let you use a cartridge you don't have for a week. Made a beautiful wedding card for a nephew with one of those free weeks. Both the studio and ccr are frustrating as they could be a lot more user friendly.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the video.
ReplyDeleteI have not used the craft room yet, but maybe after watching your videos I will be available to use it. Thanks you
ReplyDeleteI finally made myself learn to use it (very simply) because I wanted to cut some of the free weekly cuts. So I do use it for things I can't cut on my E. But thanks to your videos, using it should get easier. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteI do use CCR. Thanks for the chance to win!
ReplyDeleteI used the cricut craft room maybe two times now for some reason I cannot open. I tried to reinstall it and it will not install at all. Bummer

ReplyDeleteThank you so much for all the videos! I have played with the craft room, but am getting more accurate with the sizes...you make it look so easy that I will try it again!
Thanks for the chance to win, yes I use the craft room all the time. Love the new videos too!
ReplyDeleteI don't use the Cricut Craft Room yet because I don't have a laptop computer and don't like taking my Cricut out of my craftroom. Hopefully I'll get a laptop someday and then I will use the Craft Room.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the videos - I use CCR but have issues with slowness when trying to do the design. Everything starts out great but then there is delays when moving and re-sizing, etc. Any suggestions of how to fix that - it is very frustrating because I spend so much time trying to get it to work! Thanks!
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, thanks for posting the Cricut Craft Room Videos. Thank you so much for responding to the requests. Can't wait to get educated!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the videos. I have used CCR but I am new to it so these videos are great. TFS!

I have become dependent on CCR. I love my gypsy but my eyesight just ain't what it used & CCR did not cause eye stain. Thank you for the videos & giveaways!
ReplyDeleteI have used CCR a few times.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for the videos. I know that I will use ccr more once I learn the little tricks.
ReplyDeleteI love your videos. I'm new to paper crafting, so I started out with Cricut Craft Room. My first attempt at making Lightning McQueen before watching your videos was interesting to say the least. Keep those videos coming!
ReplyDeleteSuper video. Had no idea you could do that? How do you get the shapes on the proper places on the mat for cutting out different colors.
ReplyDeleteOkay I forgot to comment on the Extreme Fonts. It is an excellent font cart. Would love to win it. carjo40@gmail.com
ReplyDeleteThanks for the video! I'll have to take a look when the kids eat lunch so I can actually here it!

ReplyDeleteI just downloaded it but haven't tried it yet.
ReplyDeleteI haven't used the CCR yet, but hopefully I will after watching your videos!
ReplyDeleteI love CCR and find it saves me so much time plus I can work on my projects away from my craft room on my laptop! I am planning to hold a training session for some moms from my school this summer but they said they don't have a USB cable for their Cricuts. Are there Cricut models that don't work with CCR?
ReplyDeleteGreat tutorials, thanks for sharing Joy! Got a few questions : Do you know why sometimes when welding images some of them hide- and do not cut? Everying looks good on the mat but still will not cut...sometimes it gets solved by moving the image around a bit, but some times it will not solve the issue. I Like and use CCR a lot but would love for it to have some of the capabilities of Gypsy, I also would love to be able to use it on my tablet, I have heard that you can add an app called Photon for $5 do you know about this? THANK YOU for all you do and share Joy!!!!
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful day!
Liz O.
Great tutorial, thanks so much
ReplyDeleteI love the CCR! It's time consuming and not as much fun as the actual cutting, but once I learned all of the tips and tricks (by watching awesome video tutorials, thank you!), it was much easier and faster to work with so I could start actually cutting, gluing, and creating! My Cricut is one of the best purchases I've ever made.
ReplyDeleteOk I have the old cricut expresson, but going to purchast the expression 2. I don ot know what the circuit room is all about. Can u help me??
ReplyDeleteIs there any way to use CCR or to design from your IPad. I no longer have a laptop. Thank you.
