Easter Basket Cutie!

Before I get to my project I want to thank Joy for being so sweet and allowing me to share on her blog this week!!!! I'm beyond excited and appreciate so much the opportunity to share with all of you other Joy-fans!! ;) Of course you will see these projects on my blog as well. I hope you'll enjoy what I have for you this week and thank you again, Miss Joy for letting me invade your bloggy space. ♥

Ok so....Easter-- it's coming up sooner than you think.....next weekend, in fact! Are you ready? This little basket will go to some of my grands. I love sending them the goodies I make and they love receiving them, so it's always a win-win! ;) For this project I used the ever adorable and often forgotten older Cricut cartridge, Doodlecharms. The simple images are so sweet and just what I needed to add charm to this little berry basket.
The bunny and bushel basket, as well as the paws (hearts) are all from the Doodlecharms cart. The face is, of course, by Peachy Keen Stamps as is the sentiment. I did add the whiskers (invisible thread) and cute little tooth. The carrot is handcut and the tops are a spellbinders foliage die.
The actual Easter basket is a die by Quickutz, called berry basket.
The handle, isn't it sweet!?, is a border die also by Quickutz.
In case you're wondering what the greenery is inside, they are dyed coffee filter carrots filled with speckled robin eggs and tied with twine. Cute huh??? Pinterest inspired. Gotta love Pinterest!
Product List: Cricut Cartridge, Doodlecharms Quickutz border die, berry basket die, talk bubble die Spellbinders foliage die My Creative Time, stitched button dies, chocolate bunny die Peachy Keen cute and cuddly faces assortment, PK-440 Peachy Keen baby Easter bunny sentiment, PK-193 Pattern paper by October Afternoon Copic marker, glossy accents, invisible thread, ink, white pen
