Best Elegant Cricut Cartridge of 2011

The Elegant Category

Provocraft released many elegant, beautiful cartridges in 2011.  In fact, it's probably the hardest category to pin down for me as I just loved all of these.  Take a look below:

Cricut Art Nouveau Cartridge

Cricut Florals Embellished Cartridge

Cricut Damask Decor Cartridge

Cricut Teresa Collins Sophisticated Cartridge

While I loved all of these, my hands down favorite was the Teresa Collins Sophisticated Cricut cartridge.  Between the word art, font, elegant frames and swirls, it just can't be beat.

Take a look at some of the images:

I made two other projects with this cartridge and they are two of my favorites:

What was your favorite elegant Cricut cartridge?  I would love to know!

  11. I don't have any Elegant cartridges yet, but this has helped me narrow down the ones I would like to get. Question- How do you tie your ribbon? Is there some sort of tutorial? That is one skill I never seemed to have mastered!

  16. Love your favorites for last year. I agree that the Teresa Collins is quite elegant and fun. I have the Reminisce Cart from CM that is fantastic and gives you many of the same elegant type of cuts. Last year I made tags for our luggage ... Disney here we come! ... then laminated them. They were great and helped us know it was ours.

I have to make new ones for our Disney cruise come next year. I will need some really bright card stock with each of our initials. No one can mistake your luggage for theirs this way.

Can't wait to see what you have to say over the next week or so.

    Thanks Joy.

  51. Beautiful projects!

I don't know if I have a favorite elegant cartridge -- I haven't had my Cricut long enough to play around with all of them and develop favorites yet.

BUT... the reason I didn't buy the Sophisticated cartridge is all I can think about is the images of chairs and stuff. WTH would I use THOSE for? I can't bring myself to splurge on an item I'll only use for a few cuts...

  52. My favorite 2011 elegant cart is probably tied between Sophie and Damask Decor, but I love all the carts you have on your list. And you and Melanie are responsible for me needing to buy (when I thought I did NOT need them when I first saw them) Florals Embellished and Sophisticated.
