  35. Hi Joy:

My favorite food on Thanksgiving is my Mom's Candied Sweet Potatoes. As a child, my job was to slice the already baked sweet potatoes and layer them in a pan with brown sugar, little pieces of butter and the sweet potatoes. Into the oven they went, and when finished baking, they tasted more like candy and less like sweet potatoes.

  36. For Thanksgiving, my favorite food is whatever is well done and that I did not have to make. Otherwise, I am famous for my mashed potatoes, that is what I am always requested to bring. Also like some flavorful gravy.
