Provocraft Launches New Promotion - 100 Cartridge Giveaways in 5 Weeks!

Here's the word on the Cricut message board:

Help us celebrate our 100th Cricut cartridge—Winter Woodland! That’s right, we reached 100 cartridges. As a thank you for our great Cricut community members we want you to celebrate with us. So, we’re giving away 100 cartridges over the next five weeks (20 per week).

Here’s how it will work.

Each week we will be posting a thread. When you respond to the thread you will be entered to win. You can enter once by replying and you can enter a second time by posting on your blog about the celebration and linking back to the cartridge product page. Here is the link to include in your blog. Once you’ve posted on your blog with the link back you can post again to this thread.

New Cricut Promo with Stand & Salute & Simply Sweet!

I've been told a promo for the new Stand & Salute and Simply Sweet Cartridges will be announced sometime next week. No actual details yet but if it's anything like the last one with Jubilee and Home Decor, you'll have to get it!

I have spent hours playing with Stand & Salute and it is an amazing cartridge! I just finished a card, which I'll be making a video for, and worked on a mini-album you will also see later today...yikes! It's almost 2 am here. Whoops! Too much cricuting! I better get some rest so I can get all the latest posted in the morning!

Hot off the Cricut rumor mill...more cartridge news...

A retailer on the Cricut board has said she has been notified that ProvoCraft will be offering up the Home Decor solutions cart and the Jubilee cart separately, beginning July 1. These were the cartridges offered in the recent promo (see THIS POST for details of that promo). In addition, two other cartridges were mentioned: one being Stand and Salute (a military themed cartridge) and Simply Sweet (a font cartridge). The dates are not consistent for these releases - one source says June 7 and the other July 1.

Interestingly enough, the promo deal was supposed to be exclusive but now appears that these items will be for sale separately. For once (and I mean, ONCE) I did not get the promo, so at least I still have a chance to get the Home Decor cartridge later.

No sneak peek photos yet and after the whole controversy surrounding the missing word art on Life's A Beach, we may not see any at all before the release. Odd, though, since at most the release is 6 weeks away, and you'd figure the artwork was nailed down by now.
