This Home Sweet Home kit is so darn cute and easy to assemble. It is a perfect gift to give for Christmas!

The idea is that there is a special circle for the "O" that represents each month and attaches with a magnet.

The unique Home Sweet Home Frame Kit includes wooden pieces and coordinating papers and die-cuts that come together to create a delightful year-round décor piece. 

Use the die-cut shapes to decorate the 14 wood circle pieces in a variety of ways.
