I started with a vase from Walmart (under $4) and some black and white Cricut Vinyl
- Using Cricut Paper Trimmings cartridge, cut Fleur1 border two times using black vinyl. Weed vinyl. Cut into smaller sections and adhere around glass vase.
- Cut Fleur1 at 2” in white vinyl 3 times and Fleur1-s at 2” in black vinyl 3 times. Layer pieces together to form 3 images. Adhere around glass vase as shown.
Finally, Michaels has a 20% everything coupon, good through Friday. I love fall - the coupons always rock!

ReplyDeleteSo pretty! Might be something I could try for my daughter's upcoming wedding.
ReplyDeleteJoy-I just love this project. I had to chuckle when you talked about getting placement with the curvature of the vase. Just yesterday I used black vinyl to cut some Halloween images to place on an orange bowl that I will be taking to a potluck. I had the same problem trying to go around the bowl with my cuts and found that the imperfections weren't very easy to see since it went around the bowl.
ReplyDeleteLove your vase, and your idea! A nice gift idea, and you can expand on it for more gifts. Thanks!!
ReplyDeleteI just love everything you do (make)!!!!!!!Keep it coming!!!!
