[Video]Artfully Sent Halloween Pop Up Card - Close to My Heart Cricut

Today's card is a fun pop up Halloween card from the new Close to My Heart Artfully Sent Cricut cartridge!
Step One was to decorate the front, which I show in the video below.
Then comes the tricky part - folding the "Happy Halloween" just right. I go through all the steps in the video below.
Notice this detail above - it takes some planning to get it to fold properly and so the card folds up nicely. The video below shows just how to do this.

Here are the cuts I used:
Below is #M1067C2 on the Explore
Below is #M458E2 on the Explore
Below is #M4628F on the Explore
Here are the products I used:
Below you can check out the video on how to make this card.

I apologize for the length of the video but I wanted to be sure you knew each step and could see how the folds worked on the pop up portion.

  3. I have never made a pop up card. Hey look so intimidating! Yours is awesome though. I'd love to make one using a Cricut cart though. I think it would be easier.

  4. I have only made one pop up card and that was Elmo on the Sesame Street cartridge. Folding him was indeed the most difficult part but giving it to a child, they didn't notice any imperfections.

  19. What an awesome card! I just love this new cartridge! But It is funny to see someone else have 2 left hands. I was beginning to think I was the only one that ripped my cards apart because something wasn't straight or didn't go right. LOL! What a great tip you gave by putting the stamp on the table to line it up straght. Thanks for sharing your fun card and you great tip!

  23. I own the pop-up card cart so you would think I should have done one by now, but no...I'm to worried I'll screw things up.
