I've poked around the CCR a bit and recommend anyone that has the original Expression use it for the mat preview. I have the E2 so I haven't felt the need to use it for my own stuff as I can see how big things will cut/how they'll fit already. If I wanted to save a series of mats to recreate a complicated project (versus just doing it once) I'd probably save it as a cut file on the CCR to save time.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the opportunity to win! I haven't gotten brave enough to try the CCR. It's a little intimidating.
ReplyDeleteI really like the idea of the cricut craft room.. i played around with it a little bit when it was still in the testing stage. very excited to finally be able to use it. thanks for sharing and the chance to win

These look super fun!

I installed the Cricut Craft Room but I haven't had a chance to play with it yet. I've been a follower for about three years. I love your creativity.
ReplyDeleteI think the CCR is awesoe. I have actually learned more in that room than I have with the instructions that came with my Imagine.
ReplyDeleteI think Snowy Day is really cute although living in Florida I will probably get alot more use out of the Cricut Fonts. I have tried once on the CCR and it didn't work. I thought at the time it was because of our Firewalls. I probably should try it again. It looks like they have some cute things.
ReplyDeleteI am really impressed with the Craftroom so far! Loving the snowday cartridge!
ReplyDeleteJoy, I think Cricut Craft Room is a wonderful tool for those whose internet connection is reliable or those who are using a Mac or those with a limited budget, but for me I'd rather rely on Design Studio so that I can take it wherever I go and it will work when my internet does not. I'm sure I'll use CCR, but my go-to design tool is still gonna be DS!
ReplyDeleteI haven't used the CCR. I'm sure it's awesome, but not really my style of crafting! I should check it out for inspiration! Thanks for having this great give away!
ReplyDeleteI'm your follower and fan.
ReplyDeleteLots of trouble downloading Craft room not fixed yet so can not use it. Will try again when I have time.
I love the Cricut Craft Room so far. I've just gone in as a visitor, so no cuts yet, but it's a lot of fun. Like many before me, I had trouble getting into it to begin with. But it was my own fault. I was putting my name as the user name instead of my email address. Once I got that squared away it was all good.
ReplyDeleteYou are so nice to offer us such goodies!!!!Thanks for your generousity!!
ReplyDeleteI have not tried the craft room yet, but it looks like something that will be nice to use.
ReplyDeletesekala45@roadrunner.com
Not sure what CCR is, but looks like I'll have to check it out!
ReplyDeleteSnow Day cart looks great!
ReplyDeleteI'm going to wait awhile before I use the CCR to make sure all the bugs are out. I believe I can do most everything the CCR already between Design Studio and my Gypsy.
ReplyDeleteI am already a follower AND subscriber!
I have not used the cricut craft room yet and I don't have a gypsy. I'm lucky to have the small cricut and I love it.
ReplyDeleteI am a follower and subscriber.

My thoughts on the cricut craft room are why do I need it? I already have CDS AND a gypsy. I almost never use CDS and use my gypsy ALL the time. I just don't see the need to add cricut craft room in the mix. A computer takes up so much more room on my craft table than the small little gypsy.
ReplyDeleteharperpooh at yahoo dot com
Thanks for all the info.!! I went in the craft room, but haven't tried to do anything yet, just checked it out. It seems pretty user friendly. I would love to win the Santa's Village cartridge, as I'm getting an Imagine for Christmas!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the chance to win a great cart. I have not tried the Cricut Craft Room, and I don't think I will. I bought the Cricut because I wanted a die cutting machine that didn't require me to use my computer so I am quite content to use my cartridges as they ae.
ReplyDeleteI've tried the ccr a few times and its okay. I have design studio (came with a bundle) and dont find a huge difference. I think what I like of the CCR is that I can use it even if not on my own computer to design.
ReplyDeleteI think I like the gyspy more though

I have only looked a little... I still need to figure out all the details. But I know it will really be wonderful. Thanks as always!

I am excited about the Cricut Craft Room. I hope to use it to learn how to do more with my machine.
ReplyDeleteI am also a follower.
I hate see some of my favorites retired, but know they must. Looking forward to the new ones...love those little Snow Day characters.
ReplyDeleteI am your follower already and love all the inspiration that you share with us.
ReplyDeleteI have been over to the CCR, but haven't had the time to really search and check it out to make anything ... found out that my cricut account was empty, so now I have re-register all of my carts and machines. : (
Thanks so much for a chance to win!
CCR sounds like a good ace to design and learn
ReplyDeleteCool new carts. I've checked out the ccc but haven't used it yet. Looks like a good new tool.
ReplyDeleteLove the idea of the craft room. I haven't had as much time to play in there as I would like.
ReplyDeleteI've checked out CCR and think it looks like it will be great. I played around with it and liked it other then I already have most of my cartridges in the gypsy and so I couldn't link them in the CCR. I'll be anxious to dig more into it when that is resolved.
ReplyDeleteI love the cartridges and can see being able to use the cricut font one a lot. Thanks for the chance!
Not a real computer savvy girl, but looking forward to trying some new things on the craft room. Thanks for all the giveaways.
ReplyDeletecricut craft room looks fun-can't wait to get started. I am still a little intimidated by my cricut expression. :-) Love these cartridges!
ReplyDeleteI will love the cricut craft room when my gypsy link will work with it.
ReplyDeleteI have so many cartridges linked to my gypsy!
Really enjoy seeing what you create with the new cartridges. Thanks for sharing and thanks for the opportunity to win.
ReplyDeleteHaven't tried CCR yet. Thanks for all your tips and ideas and giveaways! I'm already subscribed to your blog!
ReplyDeleteI haven't had time to work with CCR yet. I'm looking forward to trying it out when I can find some time. Thanks for the giveaway and the preview of the new carts!
ReplyDeleteAt first I wasn't too wowed with CCR because I already used Design Studio, but then I gave it another chance and I love it! Goodbye DS and hello CCR! Plus I love the idea of being able to download those digital cuts too! Thanks so much!
ReplyDeleteLisa
I have looked at the CCR but haven't had a chance to play with it yet. I have the Gypsy and love it, so maybe I'll just keep using that.
ReplyDeleteSnow Day is really cute, but $40.00 for 10 figures is over the top. I will not be purchasing this.
ReplyDeletepatpionkeathotmaildotcom
Hi! I'm just getting used to my Gypsy, so I haven't really explored the Craft Room to it's fullest. I think it's a great idea though.
ReplyDeleteI haven't tried CCR yet.
ReplyDeleteI use DS, I use my gypsy, and I don't want to be tied to internet to use my machines.
Barbara
Like your Monogram card! So glad they keep coming out with cute carts. TFS all the new realeases.
ReplyDeleteWish I could afford every cartridge. the mind is already spinning with ideas for these cartridges. cards and scrapbook pages, here I come.
ReplyDeleteI haven't used Craft Room yet. I'm still trying to add my cartridges. I was able to in the beginning, but I can't figure it out. Love the Snow Day cartridge. Thank for the chance to win!
ReplyDeleteI haven't checked out the Cricut Craft room yet - mostly because my computer and my craft room are on separate floors of the house. It wouldn't be convenient to use, but I love my Gypsy! Did like the option of the digi cartridges that are only about $10 for special projects, though.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the chance to win!

ReplyDeleteLove the cartridges that you are giving away. As for Cricut Craft Room, to me it is just like Design Studio.
ReplyDeleteskiantan@aol.com
I love that Favorites cart. And the new Snow Day, too. Oh, let's face it...I never met a cart I didn't love. Oy!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the chance to win.

ReplyDeleteI love the Snow Days cartridge but unfortunately when I went to purchase it, it was already sold out. Thank you for all the inspiration and the time you give to us followers.

I love the cricut craft room! Such a great easy place to help me create!
ReplyDeleteI think I am going to like Cricut Craft Room...still trying to figure it all out though. Thanks for all the inspiration on your blog.
ReplyDeletegreat carts but i havent tried the cricut craft room as of yet but i am itching to go over there thx for the giveaway hun xx
ReplyDeletei like the cart with all the differnet pix on its, great give aways like always. the snow cart is ay to cute. i have alot of snow pix (when we use to go ) in a box, this would be a great one to have. thanks for a chance to will. thanks for all you do and share.
ReplyDeleteI have only been to the CCR twice and I can't say that I am too impressed. I already have DS and Gypsy, so what is the big deal?
ReplyDeleteI've only gone to Craft Room a couple of times, for a short time each time. What I did see when I was there looked promising. I haven't yet actually USED it to create anything, so I am hopeful that it will live up to my hopes. While the idea of being able to go on there and get cartridges digitally does hold some appeal - there are times when I want an image I don't have on my cartridges - I also LOVE it when I find a cartridge at a great price somewhere and worry about losing that opportunity to get a GREAT deal! :)
ReplyDeleteI love the cricut room and everything else I can find that has to do with cricut. I've only have mine less than a year but I love it! I've been trying these contests to try to get some more cartridges. I never win but I keep trying! Thanks for the chance!
ReplyDeleteI love Craft room! It's so great to be able to work on my project from the comfort of my recliner and than go get in my craft area and be ready to cut. The only thing that bothers me is that it is so much like design studio that I'm disgusted that I spent $60 on it a few months ago! I am a followers and subscriber and look forward to checking my email each day just to see what you have created!
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh I LOVE CCR!!! I have been wanting Smiley Cards for a very long time!! (Got my gypsy to late for free download) So When I saw That there is digital downloads and Smiley Cards were available I jumped at it!!! So easy to work with LOVE IT!!!!!
ReplyDeleteAloha,
Shar
I am liking working in the Cricut Craft Room.
ReplyDeleteTina
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Cricut Craft Room aka CCR. It's been a dream come true since I down have DS, being a Mac user, or a Gypsy. I have been using it almost every time I use my E2. I've also been a follower of yours for quite awhile.
ReplyDeleteCricut craftroom is great! Best part is that is free!
ReplyDeleteI tried CCR only once, when it first came out, so I shouldn't pass judgement yet. I think that the digital versions of carts should be cheaper though.
ReplyDeleteI'm liking CCR so far but haven't done too much creating with it. Only played with it for about a week. Love the digital carts though.
ReplyDeleteThanks for a chance to win a cart.

I love the ease of the Cricut Craft Studio! I still has some hesitation when moving things around on the "mat", but is SO much better than Design Studio!
ReplyDeleteThe craft room is so great. You can do so much more with your cartridges. I think it is the best addition for the cricut. I would love to win. I never win anything and I have been trying for so long. Please consider me to win.
ReplyDelete1st I want to say thanks for your blog. I try to read it everyday! Awesome - love the sharing of ideas & you do such great cards. I haven't done anything with CCR - but it looks fun & will help with the designing of cards. I don't think I will want any cartridges downloaded. Thanks again for sharing!!
ReplyDeleteI haven't tried Cricut Craftroom Yet. Looks so Fun! :0)
ReplyDeleteI have been a subscriber and follower for. few months now . your designs are one of a kind and I enjoy seeing all of them. I have been using car since beta. I stopped sing up when I got my E2 becuase I couldn't get it to cut wirelessly. Now that I have read thatpeoplenhave been successful I intend to upgrade my E2 and Ccr today.

I am really liking Cricut Craft Room. It's fairly user friendly though I'm sure there will be tweaking here and there. Thanks for the chance to win a great cart.
ReplyDeleteBarbara bjgmjb@msn.com
Ooo those carts are cute. :)
ReplyDeleteI'm not entirely sure how I feel about the new CCR...I love my Gypsy, but I'm intimidated by anything computer related! Go figure... Thanks for the chance to win!
ReplyDeleteI am a new follower, sent to you by Stacie from Crafters Cafe, I am fairly new to scrapping and she said I could learn so much from you! And I come to find a WONDERFUL Giveaway... thanks for the chance to learn and the chance to win!

So far, I like CCR but haven't played much. I have heard that some people can't upload their cartridge to CCR after they have uploaded them to their Gypsy. This concerns me as I haven't tried this yet.

Could use this cartridge in so many ways.
ReplyDeleteThanks for all the work you do and for sharing it with us.
Great and oh so cute carts. Love the giveaway. Have been trying so much to get into CCR after installing & have been unable to. Not computer savy and my pc is not the most reliable. I don't own a gypsy or cutting system yet.
ReplyDeletei really love this site, it's so easy to understand. all of the directions are easy. i'm teaching my grandaughters to scrapbook and make cards. my husband told me one day that this is the one thing that i've stuck with on a regular basis and i do LOVE IT. SCRAP ON!!
ReplyDeleteThe snow Day cart would be fun to play around with. Trying different colours of card stock. The Craft room I cant try as I have a very slow down load.
ReplyDeleteBut I love my Gypsy and my Cricut.
Thanks to everyone and Merry xmas. Happy Thanksgiving
The Snow Day Cart is so stinkin' cute! I love it!! I think it's going to be a must!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the chance to win! I'm a follower!
ReplyDeleteCCR sounds interesting, but since I already have a Gypsy, I'm not sure how much I'll really use it. I've downloaded and played with CCR a little.
I love, love, love Craftroom when its working! I have an Imagine and you just never know if its going to cut or not! Thanks for the chance at the cart! I've been a follower since you started the Christmas with the cricut!
