Christmas album for a Holiday Auction
Here is a look at a Christmas album I am submitting for a holiday live auction in December. I made the base of the album in a class with Debby Schuh (Debby Schuh's blog) back in September and then added all the photo/journaling mats, some stickers, bottlecaps, ribbon, music sheets, etc. The majority of the paper is from October Afternoon with a bit from Daisy D's Christmas release last year for Recollections, Bazzill cardstock (Persimmon and Lt. Sea Mist colors), Making Memories brads, Prima flowers, Hambly transparencies, various stickers, and ribbon from Michael's. The reindeer on the front is actually an ornament from the Michael's Christmas section. Some of the photo mats ("Christmas" ones) are actually transparencies printed with some digi word art from Danelle Johnson (see Danelle Johnson's digi stuff). The circle words were also formed from Danelle's digi art. I LOVE how those turned out.
The reindeer were found already painted gold at Michaels...I just added some ribbon and wreath findings to dress them up. Love those 50% off coupons!
I enjoyed making the album in the class and then dressing it up on my own! My only problem now is that the family wants me to make another one...YIKES!
Unless otherwise stated within the post, this is my original work. Please feel free to use as inspiration for your own personal use, but do not use for publication, contest/message board entries, or to sell. If my work inspires a work of your own, please give credit by posting a link to my blog. Thank you!
