If one has to prep the fabric before cutting with the machine, it sure defeats the purpose of saving time. A rotary cutter and mat would be faster. I am afraid the cash spent on my Expression was not a good buy for quilting. As I do not scrap book. Cutting strips and blocks was my main interest. May sell mine, just used one time, just to see how it works with card stock. Which it did a very good job. Not what I expected.nannahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13248402726306219601noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5669133408298246741.post-48096717925524441752010-11-05T15:30:20.595-05:002010-11-05T15:30:20.595-05:00Thanks for sharing. USE a coupon because it is pricey without it ($8-9 for a small bottle without the coupon).

You will love the Cricut! It is so much fun! Head over to cricut.com to watch videos on how to use it and then sign onto the message forums to ask questions and get info from others. It's really fun over there!

Good luck and I'm glad you came by my blog! Personally I love sewing, I just ordered a Cricut Expression to cut fabric.

I know it's weird to spend that amt of money for fabric cutting. But I also thought that it is a good investment since my daughter will be start Kindergarten next year.

I have no idea what I'm getting myself into; it was a major impulse buy. I've never seen that infomercial before. I was wondering if you had any information about the glass etching?Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17134749492526030711noreply@blogger.com
