[Video]Artfully Sent Cricut We Salute You Hero Card

I have wanted to make this patriotic word art pocket card since I first got the Artfully Sent Cricut Cartridge. I just thought it was so fabulous!  Love the word art!

With Memorial Day approaching this weekend, I thought this was an appropriate choice to recognize those who lost their lives protecting us, as well as all the veterans and current military and their families who ensure we stay safe and free. I am so grateful!
I cut the card at 7-1/2" in order to account for the folded part. It makes into a 5" x 7" pocket card.

Here are the products I used:

  2. Wonderful subway art card for a special person that gave us our freedom. Thanks for the file with the strips included. I went to Sur la Table earlier this wk and bought a potato scrubber and they gave me the military 10% off discount. I saw a sign that indicated they give military discount and they said as long as I had something to show which I carry a copy of hubby's discharge paper. The woman entered hubby's name and 10% off is great.

  5. Thanks Joy for response to my question about what cardstock you used to cut pocket base & if the letters cut out without having to use a pick. I tried a different cardstock from first try that I had to pick out at least 1/2 the letters and all letters cut out without having to use a pick. Thank you.
