Michaels, Joanns, Hobby Lobby Coupons!

Does your liquid glue ever clog up and refuse to work?  I found a solution to this and have been testing it for a few months!

I made a quick video last night showing how to put a baby bottle nipple on liquid glue to make application easier and faster! No more clogged glue!

Also, if you have a better name for this video, please put it in the comments - I'm a bit worried about who the video may attract...LOL!

Check out the video below (click HERE if you can't see it):

  1. Very interesting. My way of dealing with clogs is to run a large pin (like the big quilting pins) down the tip and it usually keeps the bottle clog free. I just use the same pin each time.

Don't know if anyone else has tried this.

  2. I have seen this before but haven't been brave enough to try it! Do you think if you used a nipple with a slightly larger hole, say 3-6 months, you would not have a blow out with the scotch glue? Of course you wouldn't have as thin a line.

  3. Thanks for sharing a wonderful tip & laughs along the way as well. Speaking of blow-outs I ran over the neighbor kid's basketball and talk about a sound that is similar to a tire blow-out that scared the heebie jeebies out of me. I need to go looking for the baby bottle nipples.

  5. I found this info on YouTube a while back and shared it on a blog, but I did find it did not work with Zip Dry Glue. The Zip still got thick and started drying out. I've got to try it on Glossy Accents - as soon as I find where I put the darn nipples.

  6. I just store all my glue upside down and have never had trouble with a clogged tip.
