Thanks for sharing the coupons, Joy. I like so many different soups, but I guess I'd choose vegetable beef as my favorite for fall.

  16. Does red beans and rice count for my favorite soup? I make a big jar of the Cajun spice mix about this time every year & use it all winter long!

  17. I LOVE soup - but I've yet to find a great recipe that I like to make! I'm a fan of a really good creamy tomato soup, French Onion, a thicker Tortilla Chicken soup. I guess I get spoiled by having my favorites at restaurants and then nothing tastes as good when I try to make it! Thanks again for your coupons and for sharing your talent!

  20. Our favorite soup is Taco soup that's very similar to yours, it uses salsa instead of the tomatoes and Rotel. It just won't get cool enough to make it for another month:/

  21. Congrats, Cari! My favorite fall/winter soup to make is what I call hamburger leftover soup. I freeze leftover vegetables from meals. Then when I have enough leftovers I brown one pound of hamburger, add the leftover vegetables, add a chopped onion, water, and some beef bouillon. I might even add some celery....just depends on what I have in the fridge.
If I'm feeling lazy, I will brown one pound of hamburger, open a package of Bear Creek potato soup; Mix according to directions. Add the hamburger and some cheese. Yum!
Thanks for sharing your time, talents, imagination and coupons with us.

  22. Your taco soup sounds delicious. I copied the recipe so that I can try it. My family's favorite is New England Clam Chowder served with hot San Francisco sour dough bread. My youngest son and I also like what we call "Gunk." It has hamburger, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, onions, carrots and either potatoes or pasta.

  24. I make a pepper soup in my VitaMix - red, yellow, orange peppers, tomatoes, shallot, lime juice, habanero (nice and spicy!), chicken base, cilantro, garlic, salt - blend till steaming - add sweet corn, black beans and stir. Optional: add chicken (cooked), guacamole, and sour cream on top to serve.

  27. Our family's favorite fall/winter soup is Minestrone. I make it with a chicken broth base & then add shaped pasta, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, white beans, zucchini, celery, carrots, green beans, yellow or white onion, garlic & sometimes a small amount of diced potatoes. It's just about the only dish I can get away with where my husband doesn't complain that there's no meat. Your taco soup sounds awesome! I'll have to add that to my repertoire. Thanks for another fab giveaway!
