  10. I like the scrapbooking kits, but usually I do not follow the instructions. That is another reason I don't like to take a class.. I would rather get the ingredients to MAKE it with and then do my own thing....... Love all the embellishments etc. that a kit can come with. Thanks sooooo much for a fun chance to win.........

  34. I don't really use kits. I did have a card kit once that I won and made the cards, but didn't have an occasion to give them away. I prefer to "do my own thing" with all the supplies I already have. I do love reading about new products and techniques though.

I sometimes lack inspiration but doing a scrapbook page/card from a kit gives me ideas and then I add my own touches to make it slightly different from the instructions. The kits not only give inspiration, they save time and money because all the main elements are there and all ready to go!

  84. Yes, I do love kits with instructions!!!! They are such a time saver because it takes me a long time to design pages and cards on my own. Guess I'm a little indecisive when it comes to making decisions. :) But I do like to start from scratch on special projects though. The Simple Holiday Cards cartridge would be a big time saver for me.

  86. Hi Joy! Great question today...I have only done one kit so maybe I shouldn't judge on that, but I found I changed the papers and all out for my own anyway so I really didn't get much out of it. I would probably try again with another though. You have spoiled us with your projects and clear instructions...maybe that's why!!! :)
