Be Mine Hot Air Balloon Valentine's Day card

Today's fun rewind Valentine's Day card uses the Cricut Seasonal Victorian Romance cartridge.  Take a look at all the goodies on this cartridge:

As soon as I saw the hot air balloon, I knew I wanted to cut it out!
The banner above is also on this cartridge - I love all the layers to it!
Inside of the card above.
This stitched heart was cut from a die that comes in My Creative Time's latest Valentine stamp set called 100% Sweetheart. The stitches are actually cut out on the heart and I used black pen to give the illusion of real sewing stitches. I love how it turned out.  The sentiment "Will you be my Valentine?" is also from this set (see set below).
You can purchase this set at My Creative Time.  It is so cute and versatile!

Also, there is a FREE January Scrapinar featuring Crystal Wilkerson talking about "Live Your Life with Purpose!" on January 7.  Click HERE to find out more about that!

Crystal Wilkerson is a designer for Echo Park.  She also has an amazing site HERE where she sells digital scrapbooking products as well as an amazing life planner.  I am going to get this planner because it looks like a great goal setting tool PLUS it's super cute!  I think she'll be talking about this on the webinar.

Do you use a planner?  I haven't used one much in recent years, just a hang on the wall calendar.  But this year I really want to get some things done so I am trying this.

  11. Well, shoot! (as they say in TX! LOL!) I thought you were going to give away one of those Victorian Romance carts! It's one I don't have and want to use the Victorian couple on a layout. Well, I'll keep watching for a sale or see if a girlfriend gets one and have her cut me a couple.
