Cricut Font and Basic Shapes Monogram Card

I created this "M" card for Melanie using the new Cricut Font and Basic Shapes cartridge, found on the Cricut Craft Room.  This is a digital only cartridge and comes with the Cricut Mini machine. Wondering what the Cricut Craft Room is?  Look HERE for details.
I love the chunkiness of this font! Paper by Papertrey Ink.
Here are the instructions:

  1. Fold 8-1/2” x 5-1/2” piece of white cardstock to create card base. Adhere 4” x 5-1/4” piece of blue patterned paper to 4-1/8” x 5-3/8” piece of black cardstock.  Adhere to front of card.
  2. Adhere 2” x 4” piece of red patterned paper to 2-1/8” x 4-1/8” piece of black cardstock.  Adhere to card front as shown.
  3. Using the Cricut Basic Font and Shapes Cartridge , cut "m" at 1-3/4” in black cardstock. Cut "n" and "n-shift" using Geometric Shapes Feature Key at 2-3/4” using white and black cardstock, as shown. Run white piece through Cuttlebug using Musical Flourish Embossing Folder.  Adhere black and white sections together.  Adhere “m” on top.
  4. Using pop dots, adhere M-shaped piece to card front.
