It's Hello Thursday and new cartridges have been released by Provocraft today and some of these are already available in stores (AC Moore in particular)!

Cricut Everyday Pop Up Cards:

Cricut Damask Decor:

Cricut Elegant Edges:

Cricut Luau Seasonal:

Cricut Father's Day Seasonal:

Cricut Happy Graduation Seasonal:

Cricut Pop Up Neighborhood - Circle Exclusive:

As we received the cartridges yesterday afternoon to preview, I have three projects using four of the new Cricut cartridges to show you.  Tomorrow, I have will the rest of the preview up.

Don't forget Melanie at Courtney Lane Designs also has her projects to show and a fantastic giveaway!

Here we go:

Cricut Damask Designs and Elegant Edges:  These are probably my two favorite of this month's releases!  Damask Designs has this gorgeous card and envelope feature - I foresee many cards made using this cartridge.  Check out my first one below:

The actual card and black scroll work is from the Damask Designs cartridge.  The card was cut at 5-1/2" and the black part was cut at 5-1/4".

The pink section was cut at 2" using Cricut Elegant Edges oblong and frame feature keys.  This cartridge, with its borders and shapes alone, could replace all your punches and metal dies.  There are tons of layered shapes on this cartridge - I can't wait to use it more!

The Damask Decor cartridge has an envelope feature also so I cut this matching envelope.  The emblem on the front, where I intend to put the receiver's initial, is also from Elegant Edges.  Paper is by Stampin Up!

Cricut Father's Day Seasonal Cartridge:  Here is the long awaited Father's Day cartridge!  These cuts are quick, easy and stylish.  I made this Father's Day bag using the cartridge by cutting the car at 3-1/2" and the emblem at 4".

All ready for Father's Day...except for the card and gift (whoops!).  More to come for those projects...

Cricut Everyday Pop Up Cards and Elegant Edges:  I was so excited to see a cartridge dedicated to pop up cards, as I love to make those.  I made the card below at 7" using the card feature.  It came out to be roughly 5-1/2" x 7".

The scalloped edge square is from Elegant Edges and cut at 4" with the real dial size on.  I love the shadow feature to back the scallops!  The Stamp is from My Creative Time's "Wow! So Many Candles" set.

This cake, cut at 3",  is multi-layered and I used some pop dots to give it a lift.  Those little sprinkles were a nightmare (SO TINY!) and there was even a bunch of layers for the candles but I left those off, as they would be too small.  I used the Cuttlebug and the Swiss Dots folder on the white icing for some interest.  Paper is by Echo Park and Core'dinations.

Above is a side view.  And now, let's get to the "popping up" section:

I cut this at 6-3/4", to give myself a little room.  It was tricky to get it working right.  You must have a bone folder to make your folds work!  Also, before sticking it really permanently, you may want to practice with it a few times.  After I got it how I wanted it, by laying it out with temporary adhesive and then closing the top layer, I was ready for some glue dots to hold it tight.

I will be making some videos about this cartridge - it's got a few tricky parts...

This card is for my daughter as today is her 12th birthday!  So exciting!  I scored a lot of points with the all Irish in-laws by having her on St. Patrick's Day (LOL!).
