Great card! I'm glad you posted it as I took one look at the name of the cartridge and dismissed it, thinking it was all "baby". Thanks for pointing out the versatility. I like that there is a good mix of male/female images too.
I much prefer card projects although I do like to see the occasional layout as well.
I too like the green ribbon better.
How fun and easy that they put the base for boy and the shift for girls. Will make it so easy for working on baby pages.

I'm all about the scrapbook layouts, BUT.....I just bought a Cricut expression this month, and now I am OBSESSED with it! I don't know how I EVER got by without it before! ( My friend said she was worried cus I 'fell off the grid' for 5 days after getting it in!) So now I'm just waiting for a birthday or holiday to come by so I can get to making cards!

I like making cards WAY more than layouts, I think because they're on a smaller scale...require less time for my poor brain perhaps. That sounds like an awesome new cartridge and I really like how you made the card not too babyish!

Well, well. That's a tough question. I have always loved scrapbooking because I love to take pictures and it is a good way to showcase and preserve memories for my family. However, cards are are short-term and I'm finished witht he project type of activity. I liked the green the best however, the brown may have looked nice had the letters been inked in a brown...as for cards or layouts, I like both - cards are good for instant gratification and some people I know just don't save them but layouts are good for long term.

This is a hard issue to address. I started with card making, but have moved into scrapbooking. I have a greater need at this time to get layouts completed, so, if I need to choose, it would be that. However, I really love card making too.
My first passion is scrapbooking, I am starting to love making cards.
Layouts!!!!!!! It's easier for me to take a layout and convert to a card then vice versa.

I think I equally enjoy both. I love making homemade cards especially with the kids but also getting my scrapbooks done for them to cherish when they are older.
I love both cards & layouts, but I've been on a layout kick recently to that gets my vote right now!

I love both cards and layouts!!! I have a ton of pictures so I do a lot more layouts and when there is a birthday or special occation I do cards!!! Thank you for the oppertunity to win!!
