Thinking of You Card with NEW Paper Lace Cricut Cartridge!

I made this card and envelope using the Paper Lace Cricut cartridge for Melanie after the loss of her cousin. Really, the purples look much better in real life than they photograph so I was reluctant to post this. But hopefully, it will inspire you in your cardmaking.

It's a basic 5" x 5" card.  The background swirl layer was cut at 4-3/4" and has two layers (dark purple and lighter purple).  The "thinking of you" word art and flower were also cut using the Cricut at 2".

The "M" on the envelope, as well as that shadowed flower, is also from this cartridge.

Thanks for looking!

  2. What a very pretty card! When you make the envelopes are they the same size as the card you make. If that makes sense. Or is the envelope size made at a much bigger size.

  21. @Karen - I used the Scotch ATG to stick down the ribbon. It was already sewn through. I got the ribbon from Stampin Up!
