Elegant Card using Cricut Cake Basics Cartridge with Video!




I made this card using the Cake Basics Cricut cartridge and Close to My Heart and Core'dinations paper. You can see how in the video below:

  3. i was hoping that being cake carts might put them out of the running for "wants" but now the are pushing up in the wish list especially the more elegant cuts!i'm loving the scalloped edge and the colours together, although my dh believes that "blue and green should never be seen" what he doesn't know about style!

  4. I also love the color combination on this card. The cuts from this cartridge are really nice. I thought I would get away with not wanting it because it was a cake cartridge, "wrong"!

I'll ask you the same thing I asked Melanie: Do you think the images on the Cake cartridges can be cut fairly small, or are they too delicate?

  88. Well, now THIS cartridge has made it onto my want/NEED list! The card is beautiful. *I have bought "tweezer bee" tweezers because of you! They seems to make getting those tiny cuts glued on so easy.

I'm waiting for the video to load, whenever someone plays Wii in the LR, the connection gets realllly slow..LOL, I could explain why I'm not moving to another spot, Yadda Yadda Yadda, but then I would confirm that most may already suspect how loopy I am. Stupid back injuries & medications!
